Art Submission Form

Hello Artists!

Welcome to ArtCares 2015!
2015 is the 31st year for the AIDS Taskforce. We have officially been serving people with HIV/AIDS in the community for over three decades.  In order to build upon our services, we hold two major fundraisers each year with ArtCares being our signature benefit.

For years, we have asked for you to donate pieces to our auction, and you have responded most generously!  To thank you for your continued support of our agency and our mission, we’d like to give back to you.

This year, we’d like to offer you two ways of donating to the event:

  1. You donate a piece and receive a 20% commission on the winning bid amount.
  2. You donate a piece in which 100% of the proceeds go to the AIDS Taskforce and receive a complimentary ticket to the event.

This is a change from years past.  If you have any questions about it, please feel free to contact me via email at rstrong@clevelandtaskforce.org, or on my cell at 216-496-8442.

We are once again looking to the generous hearts in the art community to donate works for our auction. Your in-kind contribution to our cause makes all the difference, and we are deeply thankful for that generosity.

We are currently accepting donations of artworks in all mediums.  Details for submitting are included in the accompanying submission form (please note the donation form has been updated to allow for the choices noted above as well as our new address for submission drop-off).

Mark your calendars:
ArtCares 2015 at the Cleveland Masonic Auditorium
3615 Euclid Ave.
Cleveland, Ohio 44115-2527
Saturday, May 16, 2015

Again, the details for donating are included in the updated submission form (Word). This form must be complete and accompany submission upon delivery.
